We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of professional experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating their design skills across various digital and print mediums. Marketing skills are a plus but not required. Full-time on job site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create visually appealing designs for web, print, and digital media
- Develop and maintain website (Webflow)
- Design engaging materials including flyers and brochures
- Craft professional and informative spec sheet designs
- Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency
- Stay current with design trends and best practices
Required Qualifications:
1. Experience
- 1-2 years of professional experience in graphic design
- Demonstrated experience with real-world design projects
2. Graphic Design Skills
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience with responsive web design
- Strong WordPress development and customization skills
- Ability to create cohesive brand materials across different mediums
3. Technical Skills
- Experience with web design software (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma)
- Familiarity with Wix is a plus
4. Other Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
Desirable (but not required) Skills:
- Basic marketing knowledge, including:
- Experience creating digital ads for various platforms
- Understanding of SEO principles
- Ability to design marketing materials that align with marketing strategies
Portfolio Requirement:
- A strong portfolio demonstrating your best work in graphic design and web design is required for consideration
- Please include examples of WordPress websites you've designed and developed
- Showcase your ability to create cohesive brand identities across various mediums
Compensation:
- Pay range: $24.00–$30.00 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and portfolio strength.
