Graphic Designer

We are a fast-growing DTF printing company looking for a Customer Service & Graphic Design Specialist to join our team. This role involves handling customer communication, managing emails and phone calls, and creating or editing customer designs for DTF printing.

Responsibilities

• Answer customer phone calls, emails, and online inquiries in a professional manner
• Communicate with customers regarding orders, artwork, and production details
• Review customer-submitted designs for size, resolution, and print readiness
• Edit existing designs or create new designs based on customer requests
• Ensure artwork meets DTF printing standards before production
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues efficiently
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure accurate order processing

Requirements

• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• Spanish language skills are REQUIRED
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (or similar design software)
• Strong communication and customer service skills

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
