Job Title: Graphic Designer
Reports To: Creative Director/Marketing Director Location: Hybrid
Role Overview
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creative production and execution quality within the Irving Farm Coffee brand. This role reports directly to the Creative Director to align brand values, aesthetics, and tone of voice with business goals while maintaining consistent execution across marketing, retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels. Serving as a hands-on creative thought partner, the graphic designer supports integrated campaigns, brand storytelling, and day-to-day creative output.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Assets Consistency
- Partner with company leadership to align Irving Farm Coffee’s brand values, visual identity, aesthetics, and tone of voice across all platforms and initiatives.
- Act as a steward of the brand, ensuring consistency, clarity, and quality across digital, print, in-store, packaging, and experiential touchpoints.
- Maintain and evolve creative concepts and storytelling frameworks that strengthen brand recognition, loyalty, and cultural relevance as assigned by the Creative Director.
- Provide thoughtful, actionable feedback throughout the creative process.
- Marketing, E-commerce & Campaign Execution
- Execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels. (Shopify/Klaviyo)
- Execution of marketing materials that support wholesale and retail teams, including sales collateral, in-store assets, promotional materials, and brand presentations.
- Execute e-commerce creative initiatives, including email marketing, paid search, and social media, ensuring campaigns are on brand, performance-driven, and visually compelling.
- Product Launches, Events & Community
- Support the creative strategy and execution of product launches, seasonal campaigns, collaborations, and promotional initiatives.
- Collaborate on creative direction for events, partnerships, and community engagement efforts that reinforce Irving Farm’s role in New York’s coffee and beverage culture.
- Help tell the story of Irving Farm’s people, process, and product in ways that feel authentic and locally rooted.
- Creative Operations & Project Management
- Follow creative timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time and on brand.
- Work within creative budgets in partnership with leadership
- Culture & Innovation
- Foster creative thinking and collaboration company-wide, encouraging teams to engage with and contribute to the brand story.
- Stay informed on design, branding, marketing, and coffee industry trends to ensure Irving Farm remains fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly: $25 - $40 DOE
- Opportunity to participate in company health insurance after 90 days of employment at 50% employer contribution
