Graphic Designer

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, understands brand consistency, and is comfortable creating artwork specifically for signage and large-format production. This role requires collaboration with sales, fabrication, and installation teams to ensure designs are both visually compelling and technically feasible.

Key Responsibilities:

Design custom signage, including but not limited to:

• Exterior and interior signs
• Vehicle wraps and decals
• Window graphics
• Banners, murals, and wayfinding systems
• Prepare print-ready files for large-format printing, CNC cutting, and vinyl production
• Collaborate with sales and clients to interpret design briefs and revise artwork based on feedback
• Ensure designs meet brand guidelines, production specifications, and installation requirements
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Review proofs and make adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain organized digital files and project documentation
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and signage techniques

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and scale
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

• Basic understanding of materials (vinyl, acrylic, aluminum, etc.)

Pay: $21.00 - $28.00 per hour
