Job Summary: The Graphic Designer will play a hands-on role in executing Salad Station’s day-to-day creative needs, with a strong focus on graphic design, photography, and campaign execution across print and digital channels.
This role is responsible for designing and producing print materials, digital graphics, email campaigns, app assets, and website updates, supporting ongoing campaigns, LTO launches, and brand initiatives.
In addition to design work, this role will be involved in planning and executing photo shoots to ensure all content is visually aligned with our creative direction, graphic needs, and overall brand standards. This position plays a key role in maintaining a cohesive, high-quality visual presence across all platforms.
This role also supports campaign execution and coordination, including scheduling emails, preparing materials for print, organizing creative assets, and ensuring all campaign elements are deployed accurately and on time.
Starting Salary Range: $43,000
Job Responsibilities:
Graphic Design & Asset Creation (Primary Focus)
- Design and produce print and digital marketing assets, including POP, flyers, in-store materials, and campaign graphics
- Create assets for email marketing, app campaigns, and website updates
- Execute creative for LTO launches, promotions, and ongoing campaigns
- Ensure all designs are on-brand, visually strong, and optimized for each platform
- Maintain consistency across all creative materials
Photography & Visual Alignment
- Support and participate in photo shoots for campaigns, LTOs, and brand initiatives
- Assist in styling and staging shoots to ensure visuals align with brand standards
- Capture and edit food and lifestyle photography as needed
- Ensure all photography supports and enhances overall graphic direction and campaign needs
- Organize and maintain a library of visual assets
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Schedule and deploy email campaigns and automated communications
- Prepare and organize print-ready materials for production
- Coordinate and schedule app assets, promotions, and updates
- Update and maintain website visuals and campaign content
- Ensure all campaign elements are accurate, aligned, and launched on time
Franchisee & Store-Level Support
- Develop templated creative assets for franchisee use
- Create assets that support local marketing efforts and in-store promotions
- Ensure brand consistency across all store-level creative
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of experience in graphic design or related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required
- Proven experience creating print and digital marketing assets (portfolio required)
- Strong understanding of visual design, layout, and branding
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience with photography
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
