Graphic Designer

Job Overview
Solinco is a leading sporting goods company with a global consumer base and a strong presence in tennis. We’re looking for a full-time, in-house Graphic Designer to help drive creative across the business.

We’re looking for a design juggernaut; someone with a passion for craft, an eye on social trends, and a love for sports. This role leads the strategic development and execution of creative across social, digital, packaging, film, retail, experiential, and product branding—bringing a true 360° design approach across every touchpoint.

At the core, this role is the technical backbone of the creative team—owning asset systems, ensuring brand consistency, and delivering industry-leading design work.

What You'll Do

Production Marketing

  • Execute technical packaging design from concept to final production across all formats and materials (CMYK, Pantone, measurements)
  • Prepare and preflight print-ready files for packaging (string sets, grips, racquet headcards, accessories)
  • Prep and optimize images for digital—retouching, masking, transparent backgrounds, web-ready exports
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and vendors to meet specs and timelines
  • Own deadlines and deliverables with precision

Creative Marketing

  • Design marketing and promotional materials across product, athlete, and brand initiatives
  • Create catalogues, newsletters, ads, and campaign assets across digital and print
  • Develop and evolve design across social and web—working within and improving existing systems
  • Elevate the visual standard of Solinco’s website and social presence

Asset Management

  • Lead asset organization across social, packaging, film, retail, and product systems
  • Establish and maintain file naming, tagging, and version control within existing standards
  • Conduct quality audits to ensure brand and technical consistency
  • Partner with internal teams and suppliers to align on formats, specs, and delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in visual design or a related role
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong technical execution and creative thinking
  • Versatility across social, print, web, packaging, and film
  • High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of print production, web, and film
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage asset systems at scale
  • Experience working with vendors on physical production
  • Sharp attention to detail across all creative outputs
  • Self-starter mindset with the ability to move projects forward independently

Key Skills / Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in design with 5+ years of hands-on experience in brand, packaging, and graphic design
  • Experience working on agency and/or client-side teams
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator required)
  • Strong typography, conceptual thinking, and design strategy capabilities
  • 360° design experience across print, packaging, digital, environmental, and experiential; strong understanding of social and digital design systems
  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, agile environment with a start-up mentality
  • Portfolio showcasing high-level work across print and digital
  • Strong stakeholder management: able to influence across teams, regions, and functions
  • Clear communication (verbal and written) with internal and external partners
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering results
  • Strong time and project management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Willing and able to travel up to 10%

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
