GRAPHIC DESIGNER | Marketing Department
SALARY | $70,000 - $75,000 per year (plus Benefits, PTO, 401K)

POSITION OVERVIEW | We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our marketing and sales efforts through compelling visual design. This role will be responsible for creating on-brand assets across print channels, with a strong focus on packaging as it pertains to floral, including but not limited to retail display merchandising shippers, custom floral packaging, and vases, but not limited to sell sheets, signage, presentations, and promotional materials for retail and B2B audiences. The ideal candidate has a strong design foundation, with experience in printing processes and can thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy bringing products to life visually.
JOB DESCRIPTION | Key Responsibilities:
Design trend forward and cost-efficient packaging assets and send technical specs to printer
Prepare final production files for print, including packaging and in-store signage
Support sales and marketing teams with creative materials for customer meetings, trade shows, and promotional programs
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate concepts into visually compelling designs
Create marketing assets for print and digital use, including sell sheets, signage, presentations, email graphics, social media assets, and web visuals
Ensure brand consistency across all creative deliverables and retail partners
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Assist with photo selection, basic photo retouching, and layout refinement
Stay current on design trends, retail marketing best practices, and competitive visual standards
QUALIFICATIONS | Looking for candidates with the following skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
2–5 years of professional graphic design experience (CPG, retail, or B2B marketing experience preferred)
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Experience designing digital and print formats
Strong typography, layout, and color theory skills
Ability to interpret brand guidelines and apply them consistently
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Experience working in a deadline-driven, fast-moving environment
PREFFERED SKILLS |
Experience with retail or supermarket marketing
Familiarity with packaging design and print production
Experience designing digital formats
Basic motion graphics or video editing experience
Experience working with sales teams or customer-specific presentations
