The Christmas Light Guy Co., We are a fast-growing commercial holiday lighting and experiential design company specializing in custom lighting installations, seasonal decor, and large-scale visual displays for commercial properties, municipalities, and high-end clients.

Our team delivers creative design, photorealistic renderings, and high-impact visual solutions that help clients transform spaces and attract customers.

Responsibilities
Create photorealistic renderings and visual mockups using client property images
Perform advanced photo manipulation, compositing, and lighting effects in Adobe Photoshop
Design and visualize holiday lighting displays, decor concepts, and experiential environments
Collaborate with leadership to develop creative concepts for client presentations and proposals
Use AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.) to enhance design speed and output
Build and manage a library of digital assets, textures, and reusable design elements

Requirements
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (required)
Strong portfolio showcasing renderings, photo manipulation, and environmental design work
Experience with AI tools for design and visualization
Solid understanding of lighting, perspective, and spatial design
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail with the ability to balance speed and quality
Self-motivated and proactive with strong creative problem-solving skills
Bonus: Experience in holiday lighting, event design, or experiential marketing

Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour (based on experience and portfolio quality)
Schedule: Part-time, approximately 24 hours per week (3 days in-office)
Location: Long Beach, CA (In-person role)
Growth Opportunity: Potential to transition into a full-time Graphic Designer role
