Graphic Designer

TAG is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team to help bring ideas to life through typography, photography, illustration, color, layout, and motion. Responsibilities:

+ Designing engaging print, digital, and OOH ads for various campaigns

+ Creating compelling website designs that align with client objectives.

+ Contributing to branding projects, including logo design and brand identity.

+ Developing print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and collateral.

+ Crafting visually appealing email designs and templates.

+ Designing social media graphics that resonate with target audiences.

+Designing interior and exterior signage, wayfinding, and environmental graphics.

+ Collaborating with copywriters, account managers, and other team members to deliver outstanding creative work.

+ Work with vendors to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of finalized projects.

+ Participate in client meetings, providing creative input and guidance.

Requirements:

+ Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field, or equivalent experience.

+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.

+Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

+ Experience with website design tools ( e.g., Adobe XD, Figma, etc.)

+Portfolio showcasing creative design projects across various mediums.

+ Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

+Detail oriented with ability to deliver high quality work within deadlines.

What makes you standout:

+ Knowledge of print production.

+ Experiance with Google Web Designer/HTML5 banner aDS.

+ Basic knowledge of UX/UI Design best practices.

+Understanding of and designing for ADA compliance.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
