Who is our ideal candidate for the role?

We are seeking a creative and strategic Senior Graphic Designer & Digital Content Strategist The ideal candidate will combine design expertise with digital marketing know-how to create engaging visual content that supports patient education, brand awareness, and service promotion

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing and clinical teams to understand content needs and translate complex healthcare concepts into clear, accessible visuals
• Design impactful graphics for digital and print use, including social media posts, educational brochures, infographics, banners, presentations, and internal communications
• Produce high-quality videos such as patient testimonials, physician profiles, procedural explainers, and event recaps, maintaining a strong narrative and emotional connection
• Ensure all creative assets comply with healthcare branding standards, HIPAA regulations, and ethical communication practices
• Optimize visual and video content for SEO and social media performance across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Monitor analytics to assess content effectiveness and continuously improve design and distribution strategies based on data-driven insights
• Stay current with healthcare marketing trends, patient engagement strategies, and digital innovation

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design and content marketing, preferably within the healthcare sector
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Solid understanding of healthcare marketing principles, SEO, patient engagement, and social media algorithms
• Experience creating compliant and culturally sensitive healthcare content
• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation techniques is a plus
• Excellent communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for improving patient experience through visual storytelling
