Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality designs, marketing materials, and visuals to support our marketing and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong design skills, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, writing skills, web design, and have experience creating visually compelling marketing collateral for a variety of platforms.

Responsibilities:

· Design and produce a variety of marketing materials, including flyers, offering memorandums, email campaigns, social media graphics, pitch decks, internal/external newsletters, and other visual assets for print, branding, and digital platforms.

· Develop and maintain brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective and engaging campaigns that communicate our value proposition and differentiate us from our competitors.

· Manage projects from conception to final production, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, design software updates, and emerging technologies to continually improve our design capabilities.

· Work collaboratively with other team members, including brokers, marketing, and administrative staff, to understand their needs and deliver projects that meet or exceed their expectations.

· Speed, efficiency, attention to detail, and organizational skills are crucial to succeeding on this team.

· May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or related field or currently working on one.

· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a commercial real estate or related industry.

· Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

· Skills in After Effects and Premiere Pro are a plus.

· Experience creating visually compelling designs for a variety of platforms, including print, digital, and social media.

· Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

· Ability to work collaboratively with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors.
