About the Role

We’re looking for a Graphic Designer to join our energetic team in Conway, AR! In this full-time, on-site role, you’ll collaborate with our internal marketing department and franchise owners across the country to support the creation and customization of branded marketing materials.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working within established brand standards, has a strong eye for detail, and takes pride in keeping designs polished, accurate, and organized. You’ll play a key role in supporting day-to-day design needs and helping ensure our brand shows up consistently across both digital and print platforms.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in the creation and updating of magazine ads, print materials and graphics using established brand guidelines.
  • Edit and customize Adobe Illustrator and Canva templates for multiple franchises.
  • Support the production of social media graphics and video content.
  • Prepare and format files for print, ensuring accuracy in sizing, layout, and brand standards.
  • Organize, manage, and maintain design files for consistency and easy access.
  • Help maintain and update our internal branded print media website, ensuring assets are current and accessible for franchise owners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on day-to-day projects and deadlines.
  • Provide detail-oriented support across a variety of design and administrative tasks.
  • Assist with local seasonal Spring and Fall Flagship events as needed.

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong attention to detail with a good eye for layout and design consistency.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Basic understanding of print production and file setup.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools and systems.
  • Clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Positive, team-player attitude with a willingness to support where needed.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
  • Comfortable on camera for occasional video projects.
  • Please provide a portfolio showcasing your design work.

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Graphic design experience or formal training.
  • 3–5 years of related marketing experience.
