About Us: At Royal Paper & Plastic Products, we specialize in high-quality packaging solutions and offset printed cartons. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and driven female Graphic Designer to join our team. If you have a strong understanding of print production and a great eye for design, we want you to help elevate our clients' packaging and our brand's visual identity.

The Role: As our in-house Graphic Designer, your primary focus will be designing and preparing flawless artwork for offset printed packaging. You will bridge the gap between creative design and the technical realities of the printing press, ensuring that every carton we produce looks exactly as intended.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop creative packaging artwork, die lines, and 3D mockups for offset printed cartons.
• Prepare print-ready, high-resolution prepress files, ensuring accurate color separation, trapping, bleeds, and margins.
• Match and manage Pantone (PMS) and CMYK color profiles to ensure color accuracy across different print runs.
• Edit and retouch product photography for use in corporate communications, catalogs, and digital platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the production and printing teams to troubleshoot artwork issues and ensure designs are practical for the offset press.
• Maintain an organized archive of all approved artworks, die lines, and printing plates’ references.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female candidates only.
• Experience: At least 1 years of graphic design experience, with a preferable background in packaging design and offset print production.
• Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Free Hand, Urdu Inpage and Photoshop. Strong working knowledge of prepress requirements for offset printing.
• Print Knowledge: Deep understanding of CMYK vs. RGB, spot colors, overprinting, and die line creation.
• Skills: Excellent attention to detail—a critical eye for catching typos or alignment issues before files go to the printing plates.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Print Media, or a related field.
