Graphic Designer

About SynergyLabs

We make products for pets and the people who love them. We sell across Amazon/marketplaces, DTC, and paid/social, and we need a designer who can help us produce strong digital work at speed.

What you’ll do

• Design email creative (templates + campaigns; layout, typography, imagery, simple animation/GIFs a plus)
• Create and adapt digital ad creative (Meta/TikTok/static; iteration and testing variants)
• Build ecommerce assets (Amazon images, A+ visuals, PDP modules, banners)
• Resize and version creative for multiple placements and specs
• Collaborate with copy + channel leads to translate briefs into clean, on-brand designs
• Keep files organized and production-ready (handoffs, version control)

What we’re looking for

• 2–5+ years of design experience (in-house or agency)
• A portfolio that shows digital design strength; email design experience strongly preferred
• Solid fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, type, and brand consistency
• Comfortable working quickly and iterating based on performance/feedback
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable using Ai tools

Nice to have

• Ecommerce/CPG experience (Amazon, Shopify brands, etc.)
• Motion/GIF skills (even light)
• Familiarity with email constraints (mobile-first, accessibility, file sizes)
