Are you a creative, detail‑driven designer who loves seeing your work make a real impact? BLACC/CVB is seeking a Graphic Designer to help bring our brand and community stories to life through compelling print and digital design.

What You’ll Do

• Design on‑brand marketing materials and promotional collateral
• Create layouts, graphics, and visual assets for print, web, email, and social media
• Assist with publications, including design, layout, copy, and photography
• Coordinate print projects and work with vendors
• Organize and maintain digital assets and photography libraries
• Collaborate with internal teams and community partners
• Support projects as assigned by the Creative Director

What You Bring

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong time‑management, communication, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of print production and pre‑press processes
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and creativity
