Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for producing high-quality visual materials that support our brokerage, marketing, and business development efforts. The ideal candidate has strong design fundamentals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands how to translate complex real estate concepts into compelling visuals.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including offering memorandums (OMs), proposals, pitch decks, and leasing collateral
• Develop and maintain branded templates in PowerPoint, InDesign, and other design platforms
• Collaborate with brokers and marketing team to create visually compelling presentations for institutional clients
• Create maps, site plans, and data visualizations to support deal marketing efforts
• Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
• Assist with website, social media, and digital marketing graphics as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field (Preferred, not required)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
• Experience working with data-heavy content and presenting information clearly
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback efficiently

Preferred Skills

• Experience with mapping tools (e.g., ArcGIS, Mapbox) or creating location-based graphics
• Familiarity with commercial real estate marketing materials (OMs, BOVs, tour books)
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or web design platforms
• Motion graphics or video editing experience is a plus

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
