Graphic Designer (Part Time, In Office)

Rousso Adams Facial Plastic Surgery is seeking a part time, in house Graphic Designer to support a high end, fast paced facial plastic surgery practice. This role is ideal for a designer with a refined aesthetic and strong technical ability across both print and digital platforms, with an eye for clean, elevated, editorial style design.

This is an in office position based in Birmingham, Alabama. Candidates must be available to work on site and collaborate closely with our internal team.

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce marketing materials including email campaigns, newsletters, and promotional graphics
Create in office collateral such as patient folders, treatment menus, and branded print materials
Design magazine ads and editorial layouts aligned with a luxury medical brand
Build, design, and manage email campaigns using Mailchimp
Maintain consistent brand identity across all marketing channels and materials
Prepare production ready files for both print and digital use
Collaborate with the in house social media manager as needed and provide support when required
Assist with light photography coverage when the primary photographer is unavailable

Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
Proficiency in Mailchimp with hands on experience building email campaigns
Strong understanding of typography, layout, branding, and print production
Experience designing for both digital and print formats
Highly detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
Comfortable working in a collaborative, in office setting
Experience with luxury, medical, aesthetics, or beauty brands strongly preferred

Schedule
Part time, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week
Flexible within standard business hours

Compensation and Benefits
$33-$35 per hour
Quarterly performance based bonus tied to meeting deadlines, consistency, and quality
Opportunity to work within a highly respected, established facial plastic surgery practice
