Graphic Designer

UNIQ Project is a Dubai-based hospitality group behind some of the region's most acclaimed fine-dining concepts — Beefbar, Le Petit Beefbar, Luigia, and L'Atelier de Joël Robuchon in Dubai, and Sauvage, Alma, and Khora in Switzerland. We operate at the intersection of luxury hospitality and strong brand identity, and design is central to how we show up across every touchpoint.

We're looking for a graphic designer who can move fast, maintain a premium aesthetic, and manage multiple brands simultaneously. You'll report directly to the Group Marketing Director and work closely with the PR & Communications Manager on campaigns and activations.

What you'll do:

• Create digital and print assets across all restaurant concepts in Dubai and Switzerland
• Adapt brand guidelines across campaigns, menus, social content, and in-venue materials
• Handle daily design needs, last-minute updates, and multi-format deliverables
• Prepare print-ready files and liaise with printers in both markets
• Support campaigns, events, PR, and influencer collaborations
• Keep the creative library organized and consistently deliver on time

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of design experience in hospitality, F&B, luxury, or lifestyle, agency or in-house
• Strong portfolio showing brand, digital, and print work across multiple identities
• Expert-level Adobe CC; motion and photography skills are a plus
• Detail-focused, fast, and comfortable juggling multiple briefs at once
• Able to adapt premium aesthetics across different brands and audiences
• Comfortable working both autonomously and from a creative brief, you'll be given direction when needed and ownership when not
