Graphic Designer

HYPE is looking for a versatile and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver bold, visually striking work across a wide range of platforms.

You will play a key role in shaping the visual output of the brand globally, working on everything from product packaging and campaigns to digital content and large-scale advertising. You will also collaborate with international distributors, supporting their creative needs while maintaining strong brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop visual assets for print and digital, including:
  • Packaging such as cans, trays, boxes, and display units
  • Campaign materials such as billboards, posters, POS, and vehicle livery
  • Digital content such as social media, web banners, and presentations
  • Branded merchandise and internal materials
  • Create artwork for international distributors while following brand guidelines
  • Translate briefs into strong creative concepts and visual solutions
  • Work closely with the internal creative team and external partners

Skills What We're Looking For
  • Minimum4+ years of experiencein an agency or fast-paced commercial environment
  • Degree in Graphic Designor equivalent practical experience
  • Astrong portfolio, with a focus on packaging and product design
  • Proven experience acrossbrand identity, campaigns, social media, and digital content
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suiteand a Mac-based environment
  • Working knowledge of AI-powered design tools
  • Solid understanding ofprint production and packaging processes
  • Ability tomanage full projects from concept to completion, working both independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable handlingmultiple projects simultaneouslyin a fast-paced setting
  • Strong understanding ofbranding, typography, layout, and production workflows
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in explaining creative decisions
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able towork under pressure without compromising quality
  • English level C1 or higher
  • Video editing skills are a strong plus
