As a niche company primarily serving the entertainment and sports industries, we are looking for a Production Graphic Designer who is self-motivated, collaborative, and ready to grow with the company. While graphic design is the primary focus of this role, we are seeking someone who is also open to learning and assisting with pre-press tasks.

Hours of Operation:

Monday - Friday

8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Skills Required:

• Self-starter and team player
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects
• Solid knowledge of design concept through print, including setting up files with bleed, color separations, and CMYK color (or Pantone colors as needed)
• Openness to Pre-Press Tasks: Willingness to learn and assist with pre-press duties, such as preparing files for print and troubleshooting technical issues
• Proficient in creating and manipulating vector graphics
• Ability to design within specific parameters, such as brand guidelines
• Adaptable to creative feedback and able to modify designs to meet client needs

Program Knowledge:

• Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Microsoft Office
• MAC Proficient

Duties:

• Design multiple projects at once
• Adapt to various graphic styles based on project requirements
• Ability to work overtime when requested
• Handle multitasking in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Meet strict project deadlines
• Prepare files for digital print

Education:

Minimum of 3 years in digital/graphic design
