The Opportunity:

PPD&G is seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to support the development of high-impact visual assets across packaging, displays, and marketing materials. This role combines strong design fundamentals with hands-on execution, including the creation of production-ready artwork, realistic renderings, and branded environments.

The ideal candidate is both conceptually strong and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Experience with packaging and display design and a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work is preferred. Familiarity with AI tools in the design process is a plus.

A portfolio is required for consideration. Candidates must submit a portfolio showcasing relevant work, including display design, packaging, and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design marketing assets, including digital ads, web graphics, product visuals, and promotional materials, using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Create and develop displays and environmental graphics
• Design packaging concepts and prepare production-ready artwork
• Produce high-quality renderings and visual mockups for presentations and client use
• Develop compelling graphics for sales and marketing collateral
• Revise materials based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders
• Ensure all visual content aligns with brand standards and quality expectations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive and effective creative
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design
• Perform other related duties and projects as assigned

Required Skills/Abilities:

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Experience with display design and packaging design is a plus
• Ability to create realistic renderings and visual presentations
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience using AI tools in the design process is a plus
