Graphic Designer

For Proposals, Social Media Posts & Branding

We are looking for a Graphic Designer who can create:

* High-quality client proposals/pitch decks

* Premium social media static posts

* Brand identity and visual systems

The ideal candidate should understand both aesthetics and marketing psychology — not just “make things look nice.”

Core Responsibilities

Proposal & Pitch Deck Design

* Design clean, premium-looking client proposals

* Create visually engaging presentation decks

* Structure information clearly for readability and persuasion

* Maintain brand consistency across all documents

* Understand hierarchy, spacing, typography, and flow

Social Media Design

* Design static posts for Instagram, LinkedIn, and campaigns

* Create carousel posts with strong visual storytelling

* Adapt designs according to different brand identities

* Maintain consistency while avoiding repetitive layouts

* Work closely with creative team on campaign execution

Branding & Identity

* Develop logos and visual identity systems

* Create brand guidelines

* Build typography, color, and layout systems

* Design marketing materials aligned with brand tone

* Understand luxury/premium branding aesthetics

Required Skills

* Strong typography understanding

* Strong composition and layout sense

* Good color theory knowledge

* Ability to create premium/minimal designs

* Ability to design for different industries and audiences

Software Requirements

Must be proficient in:

* Adobe Photoshop

* Adobe Illustrator

* Adobe InDesign

* Figma

Bonus:

* Adobe After Effects

* Canva

Experience Requirements

* 2+ years experience in graphic design

* Previous agency experience preferred

* Portfolio showcasing:

* Proposal/presentation design

* Social media designs

* Branding/logo work

* Experience working with fast turnaround projects

* Designers who rely entirely on Canva

* Overly flashy designs with poor readability

* Designers with weak typography fundamentals

We ARE looking for:

* Designers who understand branding strategy

* Designers who can think creatively under constraints

* Designers who understand how visuals affect audience perception

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
