Noddle Companies is a customer‑driven real estate developer known for delivering full-service expertise – from market analysis and site selection to construction management, property management, and long-term asset strategy. We are growing our team and adding another Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual concepts that engage target audiences and reinforce Noddle’s professional brand and image.

Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will produce a wide range of branded materials including print collateral, website and social media content, digital and print advertising, marketing assets, videos, presentations, and other promotional items that effectively communicate Noddle’s story.

What Does this Role Do?

  • Design and develop high-level and professional products, visualizations, and collateral that accurately reflects Noddle’s story, excellence, and creativity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external clients by learning their creative needs while understanding and anticipating requests from all Noddle Companies, Noddle Services, and Noddle Hospitality businesses.
  • Gain clear understanding of deadlines and manage time effectively to deliver high-quality designs, proposals, or other requested items as needed to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee brand image and guidelines by ensuring that all logos, brand, and images stay on-point, consistent, and true to company quality standards.
  • Recommend new concepts, ideas, platforms, or other materials to internal team members with supporting evidence, sketches, or bids.
  • Work in multiple formats to support overall creative direction including website content, social media presence, packaging, books, advertisement, signage, and other needs as appropriate for projects.
  • Determine voice, message, illustration, logo, or other graphics as needed to create eye-catching images and campaigns as requested.
  • Research and recommend industry design trends to integrate modern and innovative styles into projects as approved.

What Is Required for this Role?

  • Associate degree in graphic design, art, fine arts, or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Two to five years of professional, demonstrated design experience through a strong, professional portfolio with examples of work and high-quality designs.
  • Proven experience and proficiency with Figma, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe InDesign, Quark Xpress, Word Press, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
