Do you enjoy creating layouts, creative storytelling, detailed work, and helping local communities stay connected? We’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join our newspaper team serving newspapers across the Southeast Minnesota and Western Wisconsin region.

What You’ll Do

• Design newspaper pages, advertisements, and special sections
• Create eye-catching print and digital graphics
• Work closely with editors, sales staff, and local businesses
• Prepare files for print production
• Help maintain a consistent visual style across all five newspapers

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Strong layout and typography skills
• Ability to manage deadlines in a newspaper environment
• Creative thinker with attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team mindset

Bonus Skills

• Photography or basic video editing
• Social media graphic creation
• Newspaper or print production experience
