Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Digital Content
- Design engaging social media posts, stories, reels covers, carousels, GIFs, and digital advertisements.
- Create content that reflects the brand’s fun, approachable, and family-oriented personality.
- Adapt designs for various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp.
- Develop campaign concepts and creative themes for seasonal and promotional activities.
Marketing & Branding
- Maintain consistency across all brand touchpoints and marketing materials.
- Support the development and evolution of brand guidelines.
- Design email marketing assets, website banners, landing pages, and app graphics.
- Create visual concepts that communicate healthcare and wellness topics in an engaging manner.
Print & Retail Design
- Design in-store POS materials, posters, flyers, brochures, shelf talkers, wobblers, and window displays.
- Create signage and branding materials for pharmacy branches and events.
- Prepare artwork files for professional printing and production.
Content & Campaign Support
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate briefs into effective visual concepts.
- Contribute creative ideas for campaigns, activations, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Output Expectations (Monthly Metrics):
Comfortable producing approximately:
- 20–25 social media posts / month
- 30–40 stories / month
- 8–10 reel creatives / month
- Ongoing marketing collateral & deliverables per month
Key Deliverables Include: Social media content, Digital advertisements, Website & app creatives, Email marketing assets, In-store promotional materials, Event & activation branding, Packaging & product-related creative assets, Motion graphics & animated content.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of graphic design experience (retail, healthcare, FMCG, lifestyle, or agency background preferred).
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional digital and print design work.
- Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop (Ps), Illustrator (Ai), InDesign (Id).
- Animation & Video: After Effects (Ae), Premiere Pro (Pr) / CapCut preferred.
- UI/UX Collaboration: Figma preferred.
- Brand & Presentation tools.
- Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends and platform best practices.
