Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities – Design and produce paid social and digital ad assets across Meta and Instagram in all required formats, dimensions, and specs — static, carousel, story, and reels covers – Produce print-ready files for in-store signage, posters, price cards, and campaign materials — with correct bleed, safe areas, and colour profiles – Create production-ready artwork for packaging and branded collateral, with working knowledge of dielines and how designs translate from screen to print – Maintain strict visual consistency across AMS, Cavalier, and Bloom across all touchpoints — type, colour, spacing, and hierarchy applied accurately every time – Retouch and edit product photography — colour correction, background removal, compositing — and batch-process for e-commerce and social use – Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and paid video ads — cuts, pacing, music sync, text overlays, and basic motion – Manage multiple projects simultaneously, deliver to deadlines, and hand over files that are organised and ready to use Requirements – Advanced, production-ready proficiency across the Adobe Creative Suite — Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign are non-negotiable; Premiere Pro and After Effects are a strong advantage – 3+ years of professional design experience in an agency or in-house environment, with a portfolio showing variety across formats, mediums, and brand styles – Solid understanding of print production — bleed, safe zones, CMYK, file prep for press, and working with dielines – Working knowledge of Meta and social media ad specifications and best practices across all placements – Strong image editing and retouching skills — colour correction, background removal, compositing – Fashion, retail, or lifestyle brand experience and familiarity with multi-brand design systems is preferred

Pay: Up to Rs110,000.00 per month
