Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and skilled Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. Working closely with our E-Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for producing compelling visual content that strengthens London Shine's brand identity, drives engagement, and supports online sales growth. This is a hands-on creative role with real impact on a brand in its most exciting growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality visual content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn — posts, reels covers, stories, and banners
• Create product visuals, promotional creatives, and campaign artwork in line with LondonShine's brand guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the E-Commerce Specialist to produce product listing images, banners, and digital assets optimised for online marketplaces (Daraz, Krave mart, Panda Mart website, etc.)
• Support the Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager with creative assets for paid ad campaigns
• Develop packaging mockups, brand collateral, and print materials as required
• Maintain and evolve LondonShine's visual identity and design standards across all touchpoints
• Manage multiple design briefs simultaneously and deliver within deadlines

Requirements

• 3–4 years of proven graphic design experience, preferably in a brand, agency, or FMCG environment
• Strong portfolio demonstrating social media creatives, product visuals, and digital campaign work
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Familiarity with Canva and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar) is a plus
• Understanding of e-commerce visual standards — product photography editing, marketplace banners, and listing creatives
• Strong eye for aesthetics, typography, colour, and brand consistency
• Ability to take creative briefs and translate them into compelling visuals independently
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
