We are looking for a visionary Graphic Designer who can seamlessly merge branding, high-end digital aesthetics, and promotional marketing into scroll-stopping layouts.

Core Responsibilities:

• Brand Visuals & Assets: Design premium, conversion-focused visual assets for our high-profile clients spanning web interfaces, digital layouts, and corporate pitch decks.
• Social Media Ideation: Create cutting-edge graphic layouts, carousels, and visual templates for our social media management pipeline that align with viral trends.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work side-by-side with our 3D modelers, web developers, and CGI artists to translate complex project elements into clean, cohesive promotional graphics.
• Marketing Collateral: Design high-end thumbnails, static ad creatives, and platform banner assets engineered specifically to drive engagement and conversion.
• Brand Integrity: Maintain and scale Loft Media’s internal visual brand identity across all external digital touchpoints.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 01 year of professional graphic design experience (preferably in an fast-paced agency, B2B software house, or tech-creative environment).
• Software Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Portfolio: A stellar portfolio showcasing strong typography, modern grid layouts, manipulation of lighting/assets, and clean UI/UX or social media campaign designs.
• Agency Mindset: Deep understanding of current social media trends, aspect ratios, and visual hooks optimized for modern engagement algorithms.
• Communication: Strong communication skills to pitch creative concepts internally and process feedback fluidly.
