We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to help develop exciting products, marketing materials, and brand assets. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys illustration, digital design, product development, and bringing ideas to life from concept to finished product.

Primary Responsibilities

• Create original illustrations, digital artwork, graphics, flyers, posters, signage, advertisements, social media content, and other visual materials.
• Design and prepare production-ready artwork for printing, embroidery, engraving, packaging, apparel, promotional products, and other merchandise.
• Operate production equipment and machinery to create prototypes, samples, mockups, and pre-production units.
• Conduct basic market research and trend analysis through online searches, customer feedback, competitor reviews, polls, and social media monitoring.
• Develop product concepts and visual presentations for new product lines and promotional campaigns.
• Utilize industry-standard design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and similar graphic design tools.
• Edit, enhance, and prepare photographs and product images for marketing and e-commerce use.
• Ensure artwork meets brand standards, print specifications, and production requirements.
• Collaborate with team members on product development, marketing initiatives, and special projects.
• Assist with organizing and maintaining digital design files, templates, and artwork archives.

Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or similar graphic design software.
• Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual design principles.
• Ability to create both original artwork and production-ready files.
• Basic knowledge of printing, merchandising, apparel decoration, or promotional products is a plus.
• Comfortable learning and operating production equipment and machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new techniques and technologies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with digital illustration or vector artwork.
• Knowledge of social media marketing and content creation.
• Photography, photo editing, or product mockup experience.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted design tools and creative software.
• Experience working in a print shop, sign shop, apparel decoration business, or marketing environment.
