Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Senior Graphic Designer to elevate our visual storytelling and brand presence across multiple platforms. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead creative projects, shape brand identity, and craft compelling visual content that resonates with diverse audiences. Your expertise in art direction, branding, motion graphics, and digital art will be instrumental in transforming ideas into captivating visual experiences that inspire and engage. A robust digital portfolio showcasing a mix of AI-generated artwork and traditional graphic design projects will be a plus.

Duties

• Design and produce engaging graphics for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print advertising, and promotional materials
• Execute art direction for photoshoots, video projects, and motion graphics to ensure cohesive visual storytelling
• Create logos, icons, typography layouts, and branding elements that reinforce brand identity
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop compelling presentations and content management systems using AI softwares.
• Lead the development of comprehensive visual concepts aligned with brand strategies and marketing goals
• Manage color management processes, layout design, typesetting, and sign manufacturing for various media formats
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe After Effects for motion graphics and video editing
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• AI-Assisted Content Creation: Leverage text-to-image and generative AI tools (e.g., Claude driven Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Codex) to rapidly ideate and produce stunning visual assets for ad campaigns, social media, landing pages, and email marketing.
• Workflow Automation:* Integrate AI into the daily design pipeline* to optimize efficiency, streamline asset localization, and scale content production without compromising quality

Pay: $27.00 - $32.00 per hour

Experience:

• AI-generated artwork: 3 years (Preferred)
• Traditional graphic design: 5 years (Preferred)
• Packaging Artwork Design/Catalog Design: 5 years (Preferred)

• Video Editing: 2 years (Preferred)
