Job Summary

MSCEB is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to create engaging, high-quality, and visually compelling content that strengthens the company’s brand identity and communication efforts. The role will be responsible for translating business, marketing, and communication objectives into impactful visual solutions across digital and print platforms while supporting photography, videography, and multimedia requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess strong design and visual storytelling capabilities, with the ability to produce creative assets that effectively communicate MSCEB's values of excellence, innovation, professionalism, and integrity. This role requires close collaboration with management and internal teams to ensure consistency and quality across all visual communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review and interpret creative briefs to understand project objectives, target audiences, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Conceptualize, design, and develop creative materials including social media content, presentations, brochures, reports, company profiles, banners, infographics, advertisements, event materials, and corporate communication assets.
  • Create visually compelling graphics and layouts that align with MSCEB's branding and communication standards.
  • Design and maintain visual identities, brand assets, templates, and ensure consistency across all communication channels.
  • Support the development of marketing campaigns and communication initiatives through creative visual concepts.
  • Create digital and print-ready designs while ensuring proper formatting and quality standards.
  • Capture and edit photography and videography for corporate events, projects, internal activities, interviews, and company initiatives.
  • Produce and edit videos for social media platforms, promotional campaigns, internal communications, presentations, and corporate storytelling.
  • Develop motion graphics, animations, and short video content to increase engagement across digital platforms.
  • Support project and company storytelling through creative visual narratives and multimedia content.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to refine concepts and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Adapt and optimize content for different platforms including social media, websites, presentations, digital screens, and print media.
  • Manage and maintain a digital asset library including templates, photos, videos, brand resources, and design files.
  • Ensure all visual outputs maintain a high standard of quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
  • Stay updated on emerging design trends, technologies, AI tools, and industry best practices to continuously enhance creative output.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia, or a similar creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, visual storytelling, and multimedia content creation.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
  • Experience in photography, videography, editing, and content production.
  • Knowledge of motion graphics, animations, and video editing techniques.
  • Experience using content creation and AI-assisted design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or similar platforms is an advantage.
  • Experience with create and designing Website such as Wordpress, framer, pr similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems such as WordPress is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of typography, composition, color theory, branding principles, and visual communication.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong creative thinking abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work efficiently under deadlines.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in corporate, engineering, architecture, construction, or professional services environments.
  • Understanding of corporate branding guidelines and institutional communication standards.
  • Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of drone photography/videography is considered a plus.
