Graphic Designer

Location: Etihad Town Phase 1, Lahore
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

The Visamtion Private Limited is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with experience in product label and packaging design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of printing standards, prepress requirements, and production-ready artwork, along with the ability to create engaging digital creatives.

Key Responsibilities

· Design product labels, packaging, and other print marketing materials.

· Design web banners, landing page banners, social media creatives, and other digital promotional graphics.

· Create high-quality, print-ready artwork according to industry standards.

· Ensure designs meet printing specifications, including bleed, trim, crop marks, color profiles, and dielines.

· Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure accurate and high-quality production.

· Revise and improve designs based on internal feedback and production requirements.

· Maintain brand consistency across all print and digital marketing materials.

· Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

· 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in packaging or label design.

· Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign.

· Strong knowledge of:

o CMYK and Pantone color systems

o Bleed, trim, safe margins, and crop marks

o Dielines and packaging layouts

o Print-ready file preparation (AI, PDF, EPS)

o Printing methods such as Offset, Digital, and Flexographic

· Strong creativity with excellent attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience designing labels and packaging for FMCG, food & beverages, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or consumer products.

· Understanding of packaging materials and finishing techniques such as lamination, UV coating, embossing, and foil stamping.

· Experience working with printing presses or production vendors.

· Knowledge of UI/UX design principles and tools such as Figma or Adobe XD will be considered an advantage.
