Responsibilities

• Conceptualise and create visually appealing designs for a wide range of marketing materials, including brochures, advertisements, social media content, and digital banners.
• Develop and maintain our company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to produce high-quality assets that align with campaign goals.
• Manage multiple design projects from concept through to completion, working methodically to meet deadlines.
• Prepare final artwork and files for both print and digital platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
• Stay current with industry trends, design tools, and software to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Translate project requirements and briefs into engaging and effective visual designs.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, supported by a strong and diverse portfolio.
• Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• A strong understanding of design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout composition.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate creative concepts clearly.
• A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro) would be an advantage.
