Job Title: Graphic Designer (Adobe Creative Suite)

Job Summary:
VTAC Technologies is seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer.

The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Adobe Creative Suite, a keen eye for design, and the ability to conceptualize and execute creative visuals for digital and print platforms. You will work closely with the Marketing team and Creative Director to produce high-quality materials for campaigns, product launches, branding initiatives, and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and design visuals for websites, infographics, and digital campaigns.
• Retouch product images and perform color correction to enhance visual quality.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to ideate and execute creative campaigns.
• Create social media creatives, digital ads, and marketing collateral based on project specifications.
• Enhance creative designs using AI platforms and modern design tools.
• Prepare rough drafts and present creative concepts for review.
• Work closely with copywriters and the Creative Director to produce polished final designs.
• Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing, on-brand, and production-ready.
• Manage and coordinate all types of digital and print designs for branding, exhibitions, promotions, and product launches.
• Apply visual designs and text layouts across various media and prepare files for printing and digital execution.
• Receive and implement feedback, making necessary adjustments to designs.
• Deliver high-quality creative work under tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience (5+ years) as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in marketing or product-based industries (Lighting industry will be an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and other Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Experience with AI-based design tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, innovation, and versatility across digital and print mediums.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
