Graphic Designer – Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop | Trophy & Gifts

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create 2D trophy and award designs in Adobe Illustrator

Prepare print-ready artwork, die-lines, engraving layouts, and mockups

Communicate directly with production team to ensure accurate output

Make revisions based on client and management feedback

Maintain brand consistency across product designs and artworks

Work under deadlines and manage multiple design requests daily

• Desired Candidate Profile

2+ years experience as a Graphic Designer in printing, fabrication, signage, awards, laser engraving, or corporate gifts industry Expert in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop Familiar with production requirements (bleed, resolution, formats, vector artwork) Attention to detail and creativity in shaping unique designs Team player with good communication and time management skills Male or Female – Any nationality welcome.

Crystal Time Awards is looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with hands-on experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, specifically for trophy, awards, medals, signage, and corporate gift design. The ideal candidate must understand printing/production workflows and be capable of preparing accurate 2D artwork layouts for manufacturing.
