Graphic Designer – Adobe InDesign Specialist ( On-site)

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer with expertise in Adobe InDesign to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for detail, strong layout skills, and the ability to maintain visual consistency across projects. You will be responsible for designing and formatting multi-page documents, reports, manuals, catalogs, and marketing materials for both print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and format multi-page documents using Adobe InDesign.
• Develop and apply consistent styles, master pages, and templates.
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and marketing teams to finalize layouts.
• Prepare files for high-quality print production and export for digital publishing (PDF, ePub, etc.).
• Ensure precision in typography, spacing, alignment, and overall layout quality.
• Revise designs based on feedback while ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain design standards and manage design assets (fonts, images, stylesheets).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of layout, grid systems, typography, and visual hierarchy.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Proven experience in designing long-form or multi-page documents.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital publishing formats and ePub creation.
• Familiarity with print production processes and prepress requirements.
• Prior experience in corporate, academic, or editorial design environments.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Minimum 1.5–2 years of professional experience in a similar role.

• Salary: 40,000–50,000 PKR
