Graphic Designer – Advertising Pharmaceutical print material

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of advertising and marketing design principles, with the ability to translate product information and marketing briefs into compelling visual concepts.
• Capable of developing creative advertising ideas and executing them into effective brochures, flyers, advertisements, leaflets, posters, and other promotional materials.
• Excellent design execution skills, including layout, typography, color selection, image manipulation, and visual storytelling.
• Able to transform raw ideas and AI-generated concepts into polished, high-quality marketing materials that communicate clearly and drive engagement.
• Strong awareness of print production requirements, including prepress, artwork setup, print specifications, and preparation of accurate print-ready files.
• Detail-oriented with a solid understanding of commercial printing processes and production standards.
• Basic to intermediate experience in packaging design, branding, and visual identity development.
• Able to support packaging projects by creating designs based on marketing, scientific, and branding briefs while ensuring production feasibility.
• Highly disciplined, organized, and dependable, with the ability to manage priorities, follow processes, and consistently meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a strong ability to adapt to new technologies, design trends, AI tools, and evolving industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

Print Advertising & Marketing Design (Primary Focus, 70%)

• Design brochures, flyers, leaflets, advertisements, posters, catalogs, and exhibition materials.
• Transform marketing briefs into effective visual communications.
• Create strong layouts, typography, color schemes, and image treatments.
• Prepare accurate print-ready files and coordinate with production requirements.

AI-Assisted Design Production

• Utilize AI tools to generate concepts and visual assets.
• Refine, correct, and enhance AI-generated designs to professional standards.
• Quickly convert concepts into finalized, production-ready marketing materials.

Packaging Design & Branding (Secondary Focus, 30%)

• Assist in packaging design, labeling, and product branding projects.
• Develop packaging concepts based on marketing and scientific briefs.
• Support brand identity creation and product launch activities.

Required Skills

o Graphic design skills

· Advanced image retouching, photo manipulation, compositing, and visual enhancement skills.

· Strong advertising and marketing design skills.

· Excellent layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and color selection abilities.

· Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

o Print production skills

· Solid knowledge of print production, prepress requirements, artwork setup, and print-ready file preparation.

· Experience preparing files for commercial printing and final artwork production.

o Ai generative skills

· Expert knowledge of AI-powered image generation and Photoshop Generative AI tools for advertising and marketing design.

· Ability to generate, refine, expand, enhance, and integrate AI-generated visuals into professional marketing materials.

· Strong ability to identify and correct flaws in AI-generated images and elevate them to production-quality standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or FMCG industries.
• Knowledge of packaging design, print production and branding.
