Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with agency experience and a passion for working with food brands. The ideal candidate should have strong visual storytelling skills and be capable of designing compelling digital creatives that bring food brands to life across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually engaging digital creatives tailored for food brands, ensuring alignment with each client’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
• Use AI tools, including the Metrixmate internal AI tool for creatives, to enhance design quality and efficiency.
• Manage design deliverables for multiple clients, ensuring timely completion and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and translate ideas into effective design concepts.
• Stay updated with design trends, particularly in the food and restaurant industry, to deliver innovative and fresh visuals.
• Maintain organized design files for efficient collaboration and handover.
• Document design workflows to improve internal processes and consistency.
• Manage all assigned design tasks within the company’s task management system for progress tracking.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 3 years of proven agency experience, ideally working with food or restaurant brands.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, etc.).
• Experience with AI-based design tools.
• Strong creative portfolio demonstrating design work for food or international clients.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs140,000.00 - Rs165,000.00 per month
