Summary

Royal Drive is seeking an innovative AI Artist & Graphic Designer to elevate our visual marketing with cutting-edge AI-powered creativity. This position fuses classic graphic design skill with expertise in AI art generation, video synthesis, and visual storytelling for both our automotive brands and Roya – the world’s first brand-owned multilingual AI ambassador.

Duties and Responsibilities

1. Brand Identity & Visual Excellence

· Uphold Royal Drive’s multi-vertical brand guidelines, style guides, and tone of voice in all visual outputs.

· Maintain consistency in typography, color palettes, imagery, and overall brand aesthetics.

2. AI Integration in Creative Workflow

· Leverage AI-art platforms and generative technology (such as Midjourney, DALL-E, Runway, Firefly, Fal, Kling and similar tools) to create original, impactful image and video content for digital marketing, advertising, and Roya’s omnichannel footprint.

· Collaborate with IT and marketing teams to experiment and scale AI-powered creative formats.

· Train on new tools and champion AI process adoption within the creative team.

3. Digital & Social Media Content Creation

· Design engaging multimedia assets (posts, carousels, reels, banners, ads) for Royal Drive and Roya across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, WhatsApp).

· Develop dynamic AI-generated visuals/videos for influencer content, paid campaigns, and performance marketing.

4. Print, Experiential, and Event Marketing

· Create branding materials for showrooms, point-of-sale, outdoor advertising, and events using both traditional and AI-enhanced workflows.

· Design and synthesize promotional materials, event backdrops, digital invitations, merchandise, and customer experience assets.

5. Content Visualization & Innovation

· Collaborate with writers/specialists to translate scripts and marketing objectives into AI-driven visual stories, infographics, and data-driven graphics.

· Add branded intros/outros, animations, and overlays to testimonial and delivery videos using AI video compositing techniques.

6. Creative Research & Trendsetting

· Continuously scan emerging trends in AI art, visual communication, and branding (especially automotive/luxury/tech sectors).

· Propose and implement new AI-driven formats and storytelling techniques to keep branding fresh and distinctive.

7. Project Management & Collaboration

· Work closely with Social Media, Digital Marketing, PPC, Content, Retail, and Multimedia teams; manage deadlines and priorities for both business and Roya projects.

· Maintain an organized system for creative assets, prompt libraries, design files, and project documentation.

8. Quality Assurance

· Conduct quality checks for technical, creative, and brand standards; optimize assets for web, print, and social platforms.

Qualifications and Experience

· Bachelor’s in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Animation, or equivalent advanced certifications.

· At least 2-4 years’ design experience with a strong portfolio covering both traditional and digital formats.

· Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Figma, plus expertise in generative AI art/video tools.

· Knowledge of prompt engineering and experience in producing AI-driven creative assets.

· Experience with automotive, luxury, influencer, or tech branding preferred.

Creative, detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and an effective communicator (visual, written, and verbal).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
