Graphic Designer and Marketing

Job Summary:
Blanks/USA is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team. This is a full-time, in-office role within the printing industry, ideal for someone who understands both strong visual design and an understanding various marketing methods.

We’re looking for a designer who can create clean, professional designs and has interest in digital printing.

• Design print-ready artwork
• Create marketing materials, product graphics, and branded assets
• Create die lines and product specifications
• Collaborate with sales and production teams to ensure accuracy and quality
• Maintain brand consistency across internal and client-facing materials

Typical Work Conditions:
Work is performed in an air conditioned office and warehouse environment. Employee interacts daily with co-workers and third party vendors to accomplish a variety of tasks.

Essential Job Functions:

• Functionally organized to manage a variety of tasks and projects simultaneously
• Working knowledge of Adobe In Design, Illustrator, Microsoft Word and Excel
• Operate Ricoh 7500 approximately 20-30%
• Customer interaction with call in questions in order to help troubleshoot print issues and template guidance for working with Blanks USA products

Other Job Functions:

• Assisting with special projects as needed
• trade shows
• video shorts
• Experience with Big Commerce web-site technology is a plus
• Email marketing experience is a plus
• Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Job Qualifications:

• 2-3 years minimum of related experience in digital print production and graphic design
• Deadline/detail oriented
• Ability to create with direction and alternatively minimal direction
• Ability to organize work, set priorities and make productive use of time
• Neat, clean, businesslike appearance

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
