Graphic Designer and Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a talented graphic designer to create compelling, on-brand visuals across a variety of media. As a graphic designer, you will be responsible for the full design process—from understanding requirements to visualizing and producing graphics such as illustrations, logos, layouts, and photography. You will shape the visual identity of our websites, catalogs, social media content, and more. Your work should grab attention while effectively communicating the intended message. Creativity, strong design translation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively as part of a team are essential. The ultimate goal is to inspire and engage our target audience.

Responsibilities

• Update lighting products and concepts in the catalog.
• Schedule social media posts and manage promotion budgets.
• Conceptualize visuals inspired by high-end luxury spaces.
• Prepare rough drafts and present design ideas for new collections.
• Create illustrations, logos, and other graphic elements using design software.
• Design email templates for campaigns and blasts.
• Collaborate with the creative director to finalize designs.
• Test graphics across multiple media and produce eye-catching advertisements.
• Ensure all graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
• Assist with creating electrical plans in AutoCAD.
• Organize and manage marketing emails and calls.
• Update and maintain website layouts and designs.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a graphic designer.
• Strong portfolio showcasing illustrations or other graphic work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of website design is a plus.
• Familiarity with client management software, e.g., Monday.com.
• Exceptional attention to aesthetics and detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
• Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
