· Developing and enhancing the social media content consistently in line with brand identities
· Managing high volume of social media post in all platforms possible
· Suggesting the latest trend and practices to enhance the social media exposure of our company
· Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
· Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
· Knowledge on the use of Later.com to schedule posts for Instagram
· Optimize company pages (and sub-brands) within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content
· Create editorial calendars and syndication schedules
· Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
· Generate and create sponsored ads on various platforms to increase user engagement
· Other duties assigned
· Assist Marketing manager in collaborating with other internal teams to develop and monitor strategic marketing initiatives
· Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities and establish customer trends and habits
· Develop, implement, and track marketing programs such as email, social media, or digital campaigns, and events
· Assist Marketing manager in organizing studio related events and initiatives
· Create event concepts for all fitness studios including Barry’s
