Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic & Video Designer with a strong portfolio in both visual design and short-form video production. The ideal candidate is experienced in crafting content for digital platforms—especially Instagram—and has a passion for sports, design, and storytelling.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the team to revise and refine creative projects based on feedback to achieve outstanding results.
• Design high-quality visual assets for digital and print use, including website banners, marketing materials, and social media content.
• Create engaging short-form video content, especially optimized for Instagram Reels and other social media platforms, showcasing products, promotions, and brand storytelling.
• Edit and produce promotional videos, product features, and event highlights with a fast turnaround.
• Contribute to creative copywriting needs for web pages, product descriptions, email campaigns, and promotional assets.
• Participate in team brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, innovative ideas aligned with the Card Hobby brand.
• Support marketing campaigns, email designs, and occasional customer-facing visual content.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Show flexibility in learning new tools and adapting to changing project scopes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong focus on marketing and creative content.
• Proven video editing and production skills, with a portfolio of Instagram-style or short-form video content.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, composition, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of the NBA, sports trading cards, or the collectibles industry is highly preferred.
• A passion for basketball or card collecting is a big plus!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
