Purpose of the position/Job Description

Creating visually appealing designs for print and digital media, collaborating with teams to understand project needs, developing concepts using design principles like color, typography, and layout, and producing final artwork across various formats while adhering to brand guidelines and project deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize & Design – He/ She should be able to create visually compelling designs for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, brochures and branding materials.
• Brand Consistency – Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across platforms.
• Software Proficiency – Use industry-standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Figma to produce high-quality graphics.
• Creative Ideation –Collaborate with marketing team to develop engaging design concepts.
• Illustration & Motion Graphics – Develop custom illustrations, icons and motion graphics for enhanced visual storytelling.
• Photo & Video Editing – Edit images and videos to create promotional content and marketing campaigns.
• Print & Digital Production – Prepare print-ready files and optimize graphics for web, social media and digital advertising.
• Project Management – Handle multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively.
• Trend Awareness – Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to keep visuals fresh and innovative.

Attributes of the position / Scope

· Proven graphic designing experience

· A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics

· Strong visual aesthetic and creative thinking

· Attention to detail and design principles

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Ability to adapt to feedback and revisions

· Understanding of typography and color theory

· Proficiency in relevant design software
