<Responsibilities>

• Create visually stunning graphics, including logos, layouts, and motion graphics using Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, and XD.
• Develop and maintain responsive websites utilizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Bootstrap, React, Angular, and other front-end frameworks to ensure optimal performance across devices.
• Implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) principles to enhance usability and accessibility for diverse audiences.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design improvements and functionality enhancements.
• Manage content updates and website maintenance using content management systems like WordPress, Drupal, SharePoint, or custom solutions.
• Optimize websites for SEO best practices by integrating analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360, Adobe Analytics, and web analytics platforms to monitor performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital marketing campaigns including email marketing via Mailchimp or similar tools to boost engagement.

<Skills>

• Proficiency in digital design including typography, layout design, wireframing, and visual storytelling.
• Strong web development skills with expertise in HTML5, CSS3 (including SCSS/SASS), JavaScript (AJAX, React), PHP, MySQL/SQL databases, and version control systems like Git.
• Experience with interaction design principles to create intuitive interfaces that enhance user engagement.
• Knowledge of motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects and Adobe Animate to add dynamic elements to digital content.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and content management systems such as WordPress and Drupal for website development and updates.
• Understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and usability best practices to ensure inclusive digital experiences.
• Ability to analyze data from Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics to inform design decisions and improve website performance.
• Skills in wireframing tools like Balsamiq or Axure for planning user flows; prototyping tools such as InVision or Figma for interactive mockups.
• Experience with front-end frameworks including Bootstrap or Telerik; knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js or React Express is a plus.
• Strong graphic design skills utilizing Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Acrobat; familiarity with layout design principles is essential.
