Graphic Designer - Apparel & E-Commerce

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Ownership: Manage 70% of the lingerie portfolio (primary) and
  • panties & accessories (secondary).
  • Data-Led Design Strategy: Lead market research, gap analysis,
  • consumer surveys, and sales feedback analysis across all platforms.
  • Combine ROS, WGSN trend forecasting, and competitor bestseller studies
  • to drive new product development, colour upgrades, and style
  • refreshes.
  • Commercial Impact: Designed products across price points (₹499–
  • ₹1,299), partnered with merchandisers to finalize MRPs, and consistently
  • maintained margin upto 70% and above.
  • Category Expansion: Drove the highest launch count in 4 seasons, with
  • 85% of styles becoming key/core styles and achieving ~70% sellthrough.
  • Design Ownership & Fit Trials /Approvals: Collaborate with fit technicians
  • to manage multi-body wearer trials, proto reviews, fit sign-offs, and
  • size set, PP, and TOP closures, ensuring timely approvals for colours,
  • designs, and fits.
  • Return Reduction Success: Cut returns on existing styles from 30% to 15%
  • by resolving fit, raw material, and quality issues in collaboration with
  • cross-functional teams.
  • Design Process Management: Create detailed tech packs including
  • hangtags, wash care labels, approve lab dips and bulk colours, brief
  • graphic team for packaging artwork details and oversee catalogue
  • uploads, that led to 70% styles launching on-time
  • Creative Direction & Shoot Coordination (SPOC): Prepare photoshoot
  • decks with creative direction and coordinate with merchandisers,
  • marketing, photographers, videographers, and stylists to ensure technical
  • accuracy, product representation
  • SEO, Marketing & Launch Strategy: Collaborate with marketing to finalize
  • SEO-friendly product names, descriptions, and PDP details; create
  • launch decks to guide strategy and communicate product use-cases
  • effectively.
  • Product Training: Deliver product training on new launches and existing
  • styles for sales, marketing, and e-commerce teams, equipping them with
  • strong selling points and product knowledge improving impact on sell
  • through.
  • Design & Business Strategy Decks: Create data-driven design decks
  • combining performance analytics, market insights, and future strategy —
  • helping stakeholders identify best- and under-performing styles and
  • define actions to maximize both.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Design Software Proficiency:Advanced skills in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, are essential.
  • Creativity & Concept Development:A strong ability to generate new, innovative, and commercially viable design ideas.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in creating digital designs, preparing them for print, and developing visual mock-ups.
  • Trend Awareness:A deep understanding of current fashion, textile, color, and general design trends.
  • Attention to Detail:Strong accuracy and meticulousness in design execution and file preparation.
  • Collaboration & Communication:Excellent teamwork, organizational, and communication skills to work effectively within a design team.
  • Hand Drawing Skills:The ability to sketch and illustrate designs by hand is often beneficial.
  • Brand Understanding:Knowledge of brand guidelines to ensure designs maintain a consistent and cohesive visual identity.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
