About Arihant Decor

Arihant Decor is a growing wallpaper and window blinds manufacturing brand. We design, print, and deliver customized interior décor solutions. We are looking for a creative and responsible Graphic Designer who wants long-term growth with us.

- Position: Graphic DesignerKey Responsibilities

✔ Work on Photoshop, CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator
✔ Create design previews & final printable high-resolution artwork
✔ Understand customer requirements & communicate professionally
✔ Share design updates with customers (WhatsApp/Instagram/Email)
✔ Maintain daily work log & pending task list
✔ Create new designs, catalogue artwork, and social media content
✔ Coordinate with printing and production team

- Candidate Requirements

✔ Strong knowledge of Photoshop / CorelDRAW / Illustrator
✔ Good communication & understanding of customer needs
✔ Creativity + ability to learn new tools quickly
✔ Responsible, disciplined, and punctual
✔ Freshers also welcome – must be fast learner
✔ Long-term commitment is required

- Salary & Commitment Policy

To ensure stability and long-term growth for both company and employee:

- 12-Month Security Amount Policy (Salary Hold)

• A 12-month security amount (salary hold) may be applied.
• If employee leaves before 12 months, the held amount is forfeited.
• After 12 months completion:

✔ The first 6-month amount is released back to the employee.
✔ Remaining is continued as per policy or released on final settlement.

This helps protect company investment in training, and ensures long-term continuity.
