Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and highly creative Graphic Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, possess a strong portfolio showcasing their unique style and versatility, and be proficient in a wide range of design software and techniques. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and executing visual designs across various platforms, working closely with our clients and internal teams to bring ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Creation: Develop and design high-quality visual content for a variety of mediums, including digital (social media, websites, banners, email campaigns) and print (brochures, flyers, posters, packaging, branding materials).
• Concept Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, conceptualize design solutions, and present creative ideas effectively.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently while maintaining design integrity.
• Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve design quality and efficiency.
• Collaboration: Work collaboratively with marketing specialists, content creators, web developers, and other designers to achieve project goals.
• Asset Management: Organize and maintain design assets, ensuring proper file management and version control.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an agency environment.
• A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating expertise in branding, digital design, print design, and illustration.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD).
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred:

• Experience with motion graphics (After Effects) or video editing software.
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
• Experience with 3D design software.
• Knowledge of web design principles and responsive design.
