Role Overview

Upmotion Tech is hiring a Graphic Designer who understands brand building at a foundational level. This role is centered on visual storytelling, identity development, and consistent brand communication across platforms.

UI/UX design will be part of the role, but as a supporting skill. The primary responsibility is to strengthen how Upmotion Tech and its products appear, feel, and communicate in the market.

We are looking for someone who can think in systems, not just visuals. Someone who can create structure, define visual language, and ensure consistency across every brand touchpoint.

What You Will Do

Brand & Graphic Design (Primary Focus)

• Develop and refine brand identities for company initiatives and products
• Create social media creatives, marketing visuals, presentation decks, and campaign assets
• Design visual guidelines including typography systems, color palettes, layout rules, and brand standards
• Ensure visual consistency across website, social media, internal material, and public communication
• Contribute to personal branding content for leadership and company channels
• Produce high-quality graphics for announcements, case studies, and digital campaigns

UI/UX Design (Secondary Focus)

• Support product teams in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications
• Create wireframes and polished UI screens when required
• Maintain visual alignment between brand language and product interfaces
• Assist in maintaining design systems and reusable components

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in graphic design and brand identity development
• Clear understanding of layout, composition, typography, and visual hierarchy
• High proficiency in Figma and modern design tools
• Ability to build and document brand systems, not just individual designs
• Experience designing social media creatives and digital marketing assets
• Basic to intermediate experience in UI/UX design for web or mobile products
• Understanding of responsive layouts and design consistency
• A portfolio that demonstrates branding work as the primary strength, with UI/UX as supporting experience
