We're looking for a talented Graphic Designer who wants to learn how marketing actually works.

Who We Are

We own and operate a collection of entertainment and hospitality brands, including:

-Surf's Up Mini Golf & Tiki Bar

-World Tavern Entertainment

Our businesses create experiences that bring people together through fun, competition, food, drinks, events, and entertainment.

Every day is different. One day you might be designing a new T-shirt for a beachside mini golf course. The next day you could be creating promotional materials for a nationwide trivia event or helping launch a new marketing campaign.

About AI

Let's address the elephant in the room.

We believe AI makes great designers stronger.

It doesn't replace creativity.

It doesn't replace strategy.

But it absolutely can help talented people move faster and accomplish more.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Graphic design for print and digital marketing
  • Social media graphics
  • Advertising campaigns
  • Merchandise design
  • Event promotion
  • Website graphics
  • Brand development
  • Email marketing assets
  • Imagery and content support
  • Marketing, brainstorming, and strategy sessions
  • Helping launch new products, promotions, and experiences (and maybe even a new business)

As your skills grow, you'll also learn:

Requirements

  • Strong graphic design skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience
  • Portfolio required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects
  • Positive attitude
  • Desire to learn

Experience is a plus but not required.

A recent graduate with an amazing portfolio and the right attitude is absolutely encouraged to apply.

Work Environment

This is an in-person position with the ability to work some days remotely, but regular in-person collaboration will be required.

You'll work with a small team that values creativity, initiative, and bringing new ideas to the table.

Your ideas won't get buried under layers of management.

If you have a great idea, we'll probably try it.

Pay: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
